Allianz uses real-time lead management to increase conversion rates

The challenge

Every day, Allianz Austria generates leads in various formats from a variety of sources such
as contact forms, newsletters, the quote & buy calculator, and their insurance system. Each
generated lead needs to be assigned to a responsible sales person.

To distribute those leads, employees had to manually filter Excel lists and handover them to the appropriate sales persons – a time-consuming and inefficient process. But in online sales, customers expect a fast response when selecting a new insurance Additional, the process did not allow tracking of and reporting on the processing status of leads. Allianz Austria wanted to implement an automated, trackable and real-time lead management process.
